			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The common symptom of depression is anxiety. Depression always starts with anxiety. The common symptoms of depressions are somatic anxiety, psychic activity and worry. People having characters of hypersomnia, hyperphagia, reverse dirunal variation, significant anxiety and extreme reaction anxiety. Extreme reaction sensitivity is the most common symptom of depression.The psychiatric symptoms of comorbid anxiety disorder is quite common in most of the adults. The presence of Major depressive disorder MDD and comorbid anxiety disorder is as high as 60 percent. Comorbidity comes with depressive and anxiety disorders. Severe comorbidity results in extreme phychiatric outcomes. The severity acts as barriers to treatment that increases resistance to treatment, risk of commiting suicide, increased chance of recurrence and increase in utilization of medical resources.</p>

 Effective recognition and diagnosis of the symptoms and well equipped treatment of depression and anxiety produces better results.  Paying vigilant attention to the development of depression and anxiety reduces the economic burden of the patients. Medical practitioners, doctors and consultants should clearly understand the medical disorders, comorbidity of anxiety and depression in order to treat the patient effectively.<br />
There are various cases of comorbid disorders. They are depression coupled with illness, depression along with heart attack,  depression along with diabetes. Doctors should also analysze the impact of depression and anxiety and the increased risk of committing suicides.</p>
<p>Pharmacological and non pharmacological treatments are the effective way to treat comorbid anxiety disorders.  Patients with severe symptoms require medical cure. </p>
<p><strong>Non pharmacological therapy consists of CBT-cognitive behavioral therapy.</strong></p>
<p>The general first level of  pharmacological treatment for the disorder is the usage of SSRIs. The results show that they are in no way more effective to other anti depressants.<br />
Other effective antidepressants are atypical antipsychotics, anti convulsants, β-adrenergic blocking agents, busprine, benzodiazepines.</p>
<p>SSRI’s are recommended over MAOIs and TCAs in non comorbid and comorbid depression and anxiety taking into consideration side effect and safety of the drugs.</p>
<p>Any treatment should take into consideration the patient’s profile and how he responds to the treatment. Based on the response of the patient to the various drugs, the condition and level anxiety in patient should be monitored.</p>

He’s sweating horribly, has got goose bumps all over his trembling body, and is shrieking like a madman on the top of his lungs. You’ve witnessed what is technically referred to as an Anxiety Attack.Panic attacks, as they’re also called, surprisingly enough are pretty common. Statistically, 10% of the adult population will undergo this intense assault, at least once in their lives.<br />

<p> The risk of facing one is usually inherited, seen twice as more often in women than in men. Apart from some illness-related causes, like hypoglycemia, hyperthyroidism, Obsessive compulsive disorders amongst others, it generally is a result of an unnatural trigger. People whose dealings are fraught with passiveness, who’ve been victims to a trauma, or are drug-addicts and chronic consumers of alcohol, have also been found as sufferers.</p>
<p> Agoraphobia, or fear of open crowded places, can also amount up to it. So how do we recognize a, technically speaking, genuine panic attack, and not confuse it with, lets say a nervous breakdown or maybe a heart attack, the latter being frequently misplaced.</p>

<p>The best things in this world are free, they say, and though you won’t find it on a prescription, a chortle is an irreplaceable treatment. A behavioral therapy works on the same thing. Laughter combats cortisol (stress-hormone) levels, and thus, is a wonderful way of relaxing oneself. It brings back a much-needed peace of mind. The old in the Orient, are still found saying, that Laughter is the best medicine. Sounds clichéd doesn’t it? That’s because it’s absolutely true.</p>
