Preoccupation with imagined defect in one’s appearance is known as BDD or body dysmorphic disorder suicide. People with these symptoms cannot function as a normal being. People have the tendency of perceiving themselves ugly and results in loss of confidence. BDD is the most common and severe psychiatric disorder across the world.This preoccupation makes people spend lot of time in front of the mirror and constant complaining. They constantly change their dresses, groom themselves, comb their hair, apply makeup, camouflaging with clothes, hat or makeup, dieting, skin picking, reassurance seeking and compare themselves with others.
