It is an anxiety disorder or anxiety attacks featured by overwhelming anxiety and excessive self-consciousness of a person in daily social situations. A person finds it hard to walk down the road or any street because he&#8217;s very self-conscious and feels that people are watching him. People with social anxiety feels that in public places like work, shopping, meeting etc. that everyone is watching them, and judging them. They can&#8217;t relax and enjoy themselves in public. They prefer to be alone or with closed ones. Because this type of anxiety is very painful, people having this kind of disorder finds it easy to stay away from these social situations and avoid other people.<br />
